The film follows Sandhu, a senior student at a university in Punjab, who decides to confront and dismantle the corruption within the university system by announcing his candidacy for the university elections. His actions pit him against a corrupt MLA, Jagtar Singh alias Jagga, and his brother Kala. The situation intensifies when Kala finds out that his sister Simran is in love with Sandhu, leading to a dramatic confrontation.
